We have big news!! As of April 1, 2023, our three underwriting brands in the state of Massachusetts have come together as one FNF Family of Companies.

After 42 years in the title industry, Toni Mitchell has announced her retirement from management, and will be transitioning from her current role to an advisory role. Toni joined Fidelity in 1998 as Commercial Counsel, and became the manager of Fidelity National Title, North New England Agency in 2002. She later took on additional responsibilities, managing all FNF offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, and has since served as Vice President, North New England Manager.

Sara Ann Supple, who was promoted to the role of Vice President, State Manager for Chicago Title & Commonwealth Land Title Massachusetts in October 2022, will expand her leadership role to also oversee the Fidelity National Title Massachusetts operation. Sara has been in the title industry since 2007, joining the FNF Family of Companies in 2014, as Agency Underwriting Counsel.

Additionally, for those agents who also do business in Maine, New Hampshire and/or Vermont: Mark Comstock, who most recently served as Vice President, Rhode Island State Director & Counsel, has expanded his leadership role to also oversee the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont FNF Agency Operations. Mark began his career with the FNF Family in 2005, as Rhode Island Agency Counsel for Chicago Title.
